  • Event Setup: 12pm Breakdown: 10pm
  • Capacity: 200
  • Applications will be accepted from 10/27/21 to 01/28/22
  • Application fees, food permit, booth picture, product picture, booth fee are all due at the same time.
  • Application fees are Non-refundable unless the event is canceled
  • We have 8 artists, 8 fashion, and 4 food spots. All spots are first come first serve
  • If you’re unable to attend the event, but would like to donate your product for the raffles and your business cards (min of 100 cards) to the networking bags, please mail them to: 10221 Krause Rd, Suite 188 Chesterfield VA 23832
  • No electricity outlets are provided inside
  • Vendors will need to send photos of your table set up. one of your table, one of your merchandise
  • Food vendors will need to add Black Connections on their insurance for the day as a secondary
  • Items prohibited: tents, balloons, glitter, bubbles, firearms, weapons of any kind or open flames
  • Do not rearrange or move lights or furnishings
  • Dress code: Business-casual
  • No signs, unless they are on your table
  • Must bring own table cloths
  • Each vendor will have one 6ft table and two chairs
  • Rowdy behavior or disorderly conduct will NOT be tolerated. Robinson Theater and Black Connections reserve the right to contact law enforcement to remove all violators
  • No smoking
  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own areas
